Production Meeting #2 – 09/02/16

Check from Production Meeting #1 -

·         Has John Hartill started to collect the budget? Yes, half of the budget has been collected, the other half will hopefully be in on Friday 12^th February.

·         Has John Hartill looked into actors and locations? Four locations Recce’d, one confirmed for filming for ‘The Babysitter’. Actors have been contacted, awaiting responces.

·         Has Mikey Barker completed the first draft of ‘The Babysitter’ and has a second draft been started? Yes, currently working on the 3^rd Draft.

·         Has Drew Brockbank looked into drone licensing? Yes, no solid information as of yet.

·         How did the ‘Equipment Rehearsal’ go? The equipment rehearsal went well, experimenting with equipment, lighting and sound.

Discussed during Production Meeting #2 –

·         Mikey Barker is currently working on the 3^rd draft of ‘The Baby Sitter’.

·         Chloe Lowe was starting her editing tests at this time, with the footage from the equipment rehearsal.

·         Drew Brockbank requested another equipment rehearsal to take place before the first shoot date

·         John Hartill mentioned it would be best to send out a casting call for the remaining roles.

·         Jacob Moorfoot requested more sound tests.

·         A discussion took place about potential actors we have previously worked with to fill some of the roles.

·         It was asked that John Hartill looked into space on the VLE and EditShare.

·         Has Mikey Barker completed ‘The Babysitter’ script?
