·                     Has John Hartill started casting? John Hartill has cast the roles for ‘The Hookman’.

·                     Has John Hartill organised a Recce? John Hartill and Drew Brockbank completed a Recce, with a location been chosen.

·                     Has the edit been completed? The edit has been completed and exported.

Discussed during Production Meeting #6 – 

·                     Jacob Moorfoot requested to have a pistol grip and a strap for the Zoom H6 for the next shoot.

·                     Chloe Lowe asked for editing space booked for the next shoot, along with a tech dem. With Lee Charnley for importing and exporting with Da Vinci software.

·                     Mikey Barker has completed final drafts of all scripts.

·                     Drew Brockbank and Abby Colclough have been asked to do storyboards and shot lists for ‘The Hookman’.

·                     John Hartill needs to buy blood for the following shoot.

·                     John Hartill will need to gain council permission for the following shoot.

·                     John Hartill will contact actors for ‘Aren’t you glad you didn’t turn on the lights?’

Check from Production Meeting #4 - 

·                     Were the call sheets completed in time? John Hartill completed the call sheet on time.

·                     How is the continued edit going? Chloe Lowe is doing well with the edit, some colour correcting needs completing along with applying new sound recordings.

·                     How did the first shoot go on the 27^th February? The shoot went well, although some pick up shots are still needed.

Discussed during Production Meeting #5 – 

·                     It was discussed by Chloe Lowe and Drew Brockbank to shoot some pick up shots, including some of the killer, a new establishing shot etc for ‘The Babysitter’.

·                     Drew Brockbank asked John Hartill to book out equipment for the following Friday to capture the pickup shots.

·                     The edit for ‘The Babysitter’ is still being worked on by Chloe Lowe.

·                     Everybody agrees they have new material for their blogs.

·                     John Hartill has begun Pre-Production on ‘The Hookman’, including Recce, Casting and Permissions.

·                     Mikey Barker has tweaked the script for ‘The Hookman’ to make it easier to cast.

Check from Production Meeting #3 - 

·                     How are the scripts going for ‘The Hook Man’ and ‘The Killer in the Back Seat’?  Mikey Barker has almost finished them, to be approved by exec producer.

·                     How did the open auditions go? Although only receiving two auditions, they both went well, one will definitely be contacted.

·                     How did the 2^nd equipment rehearsal go? Well, however some technical issues with some equipment occurred, these are being fixed by Lee Charnley. 

·                     Have the remaining cast for ‘The Babysitter’ been confirmed? Yes

·                     Is everyone feeling comfortable/confident with equipment and software use? Yes

·                     What is the stand on pre-production for ‘The Hook Man’? Location Recce’s this week.

·                      Have all props been bought for ‘The Babysitter’? Additional fake blood is left to be obtained.

Discussed during Production Meeting #4 – 

·                     Storyboards and shot lists are completed by Drew Brockbank and Abby Colclough.

·                     Chloe Lowe has finished editing the original test footage, but is now editing newer test footage.

·                     Smoke machine and LCD T.V. is getting fixed for the shoot on the 27^th.

·                     Everyone is happy with equipment use and skills.

·                     Call sheet information has been agreed on such as call times and transport for crew.

·                     John Hartill will book equipment for the 27^th February

Check from Production Meeting #2 -

·         Has the VLE and EditShare space been applied? The VLE is open, and the production has been allocated 600GB of space on EditShare.

·         Has Mikey Barker completed ‘The Babysitter’ script? Yes, Mikey Barker is now working on the first drafts of ‘The Hook Man’ and ‘The Killer in the Back Seat’.

·         How is Chloe Lowe’s editing tests going? Chloe Lowe is coming on with some great experimental edits, and learning new technical options within editing.

·         Has Jacob Moorfoot had another opportunity to test sound? Yes, Jacob Moorfoot has recorded some test sounds for the voice overs such as Reggie Reynolds.

·         Has John Hartill sent out a casting call? Yes, open auditions take place on 16^th February.

·         Has another equipment rehearsal been booked? Yes, John Hartill has booked the studio for this for Friday 19^th February.

Discussed during Production Meeting #3 –

·         The Killer has been casted, along with the Father in ‘The Babysitter’, the remaing cast for this short is pending.

·         Everyone is available for the equipment rehearsal on the 19^th.

·         A location has been confirmed out of the four recce’s for ‘The babysitter’.

·         Chloe Lowe is continuing her edits.

·         All crew members are continuing their research into their respective roles.

·         Budget was finalised and confirmed, a signed form for this will be signed on the 16^th.
